Hybrid or fully digital owners’ meetings are no longer a vision of the future. As part of the current WEG amendment, the legislator has created the legal framework for this format. With casavi Meet, you can utilise these possibilities for your company.
The casavi Meet module enables customers and administrators to take part in a meeting in the form of a video chat. This allows managers and owners to take part in events from any location. This saves you long journeys and the results of votes or resolutions and minutes can then be easily shared with everyone via the customer portal.
Hybrid ETV means that owners’ meetings remain face-to-face events, but property and flat owners have the choice of participating online and voting in this way or attending in person.
