She works in the casavi Sales Team and in this interview she gives us an exciting insight into her development from a Sales Development Representative to Team Lead Sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Julia, how long have you been part of casavi?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;I have been with casavi for 4 years. My first day at work was on 01 July 2019.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tell us more about your start at casavi<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;After graduating with my bachelor&#8217;s degree, I started looking for career opportunities. Having worked in the property management industry in the past, I was already familiar with casavi and excited about the product. I could identify directly with the open vacancies at casavi because of my passion for making the real estate industry more digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After my application was convincing, I started my career at casavi as a Sales Development Representative. In July 2019, I had 36 colleagues. By May 2023, casavi has grown by another 90 employees.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Where are you today at casavi?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;In April 2020 I moved to SMB Sales, which meant a big change and growth for me before I was promoted to a Sales Manager in 2021 and took over my own region. A big step for me was in March 2023, when I was given the team lead responsibility for one of our sales teams.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How has the enormous leap in your career affected you?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;The support from casavi has made me very proud and happy in my personal development. I have had the chance to grow with my tasks and take on new challenges.&#8221;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What has been your biggest challenge at casavi so far?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Each of my positions and stations at casavi has brought new challenges that I have been able to master well thanks to the teamwork and the helpfulness of my colleagues.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What makes your job at casavi so unique and special for you?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;At casavi I can always develop personally. I learn a lot from working with different cultures, I get to take on responsibility and I appreciate the trust that is placed in my work. We simply make a great team! Even after work, we always take the opportunity to get together &#8211; especially at our casavi events.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is there something you want to tell <strong>to candidates who would like to apply to casavi?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;For me, joining casavi after my studies was a good starting point to find out where my strengths and weaknesses are and in which direction I would like to develop further. At casavi, your potential is supported through training, but also through the helpfulness of colleagues.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-gray-3-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-gray-3-background-color has-background is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Julia is currently working from Frankfurt, but the Sales Team is represented at all our locations as well as remotely.
